God has been at work for ten years at Harvest Peoria, and we took a moment to look back and remember all that He has done.
It was an amazing week as we watched God work in the lives of over 700 kids and 500 leaders during VBS this year. Through the week, 91 kids accepted Christ, and hundreds accepted the challenge to live their lives on the greatest mission of all!
Compassion Day is all about being the hands and feet of Jesus and loving people in the Central Illinois area. Last year over 800 people rallied together and went out to serve others by landscaping, remodeling, cleaning and loving on them.
Pastor Abraham Comper had the vision to spread the gospel throughout Haiti and is now watching as God is doing just that.
"We don't know how this is going to end, but we knew that it has to start with us."
Baptism is all about celebrating God's work in our lives.

It was Game On at Harvest last summer as over 500+ kids and 400+ volunteer leaders crafted, played, sang, danced, acted crazy and most importantly worshiped during our annual VBS. The kids (and adults) learned what worship is, who worships, why we worship and how we worship. At the end of the VBS over 25 kids put their trust in Christ as their Savior.
Fifty-one high school students and adults from Harvest Bible Chapel of Peoria served in Jacmel, Haiti. Through difficult and often uncomfortable circumstances, God showed up as Haitian children were loved and over one hundred and twenty believed in Jesus as their Savior.
